How quickly will my deposit be returned when I leave the hospital accommodation?
Once the accommodation has been inspected post-move and we are happy with the condition, we will request the return of your deposit from the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). They will arrange a BACS payment direct to your bank account within three to five working days
Ensure you keep the original email from them when you move which gives you a five-figure deposit ID. The DPS website provides more information about their service
