Is your wellbeing affected by social anxiety? Are you feeling isolated? Do you need to boost your confidence?
If you don’t know where to go for support the the WATCH project may have the answer with their new three week course on mental health wellbeing.
The course is completely free and will be delivered by two experienced facilitators who will provide an informal, relaxing and safe environment to help you learn new skills and receive support.
Two sets of courses will be running, one in Chard and one in Taunton. To find out more come along to an information session.
In Chard: Thursday 25 April, 2pm, Chard Rugby Club, Essex Close, TA20 1RH
In Taunton: Friday 26 April, 1pm, St James’ Church Hall, Taunton, TA1 1JS
The courses will run every week for three weeks.
In Chard: every Monday on 13 May, 20 May and 3 June, from 10.30am to 1pm
In Taunton: every Friday on 17 May, 24 May and 7 June, from 1-3.30pm
