We're delighted to launch our Customer Charter, a set of 13 promises about your services and experience as a Yarlington customer.The pledges cover everything from emergency repairs and offering value for money to providing opportunities to support you and valuing diversity in our communities.



Last year we consulted with you on a draft charter, asking you to provide feedback to ensure it was in line with your expectations, your priorities and that it was seen to be fair. Using your feedback we created the Charter above.

We will keep working towards delivering these pledges and with your feedback will continue to improve the way we work.
