We’re carrying out research, along with some other housing associations, to find out more about customer experience and expectations during the Covid-19 pandemic and we’d love your feedback by completing a very short survey.
The survey should take about ten minutes to complete. Please take a moment to read the introduction when you first go into the survey as it explains a bit more about why we’re doing the survey and how the answers will be used.
