A lot has happened in the last couple of years. Not only have we become Abri, we’ve also battled through Brexit and are still working our way through this pandemic. The government has also laid out its plans to tackle climate change.

The world has changed which means Abri’s got to change with it.

Abri wants to provide really good customer service. What are we getting right? What do we need to work on? What are the challenges in your community? Who better to tell us than you, our customers!

Tell us what you think

We’re holding a drop-in sessions in our communities to listen to your views. And we really mean listening. They’re really informal chats where it’s all about you.

This isn’t about us giving you an answer or being able to solve things straight away (as much as we’d like to). But we’re hoping that by hearing from as many customers as possible, we can make sure that how we provide services and what we focus on at Abri is exactly what you want.

  • Yeovil - Abbey Manor Community Centre, BA21 3TL - 1 November 3-7pm

  • Chard - Chard Young Persons Centre, TA20 1RH - 2 November 3-7pm

  • Weymouth - Best Western Hotel, DT4 7JU - 3 November 3-7pm


Pop in when it suits you between these times. You can have a chat with one of us. Or if you’re feeling shy, we’ll have post-its and pens ready for you to write down your thoughts.

And we’ll have some refreshments ready for you.

Can’t make it?

We’d really love to see you in person, it’s the best way to make sure we’ve heard and understood exactly what you think. But if you can’t make it, we’ll share some other ways you can have your say.
