If you have recently been contacted by us to complete a survey regarding a job cancelled during lockdown, you will see a repair booked on your account. This repair will show it has been booked for a date far in the future, you will need to reschedule it for an available date and time that suits you. You will only be able to reschedule this once you have received a text message from us advising you to do so.
You can now report a new repair but will be unable to book an appointment for this this until we contact you via text message to advise you it is ready for booking.
